• Until Confirmed, rates subject to change without notice.
• Resort/city taxes will be added to invoice. Tax Rate: 10.45%
• Housekeeping rates vary and are a la carte.
  $35 for daily (optional), $75 for mid week if staying 1 week or longer (optional), $125 for exit clean.
  Depending on length of stay, some housecleaning charges will be covered by rental rates.
• Two parking passes for building's underground parking are included in rental rates.
• We will send you an invoice for the balance of your stay
